What is Time Line Therapy?

Your "Time Line" is how you subconsciously store your memories or how you subconsciously know the difference between a memory from the past and a projection of the future. Behavioural change in an individual takes place at a subconscious level. People don't change consciously. The Time Line Therapy process allows you to work at the subconscious level and release the effects of past negative experiences and change "inappropriate" programming in minutes rather than days, months or years.

A Time Line is a visual representation of the way you store your life memories. Time Lines include all of your history, the emotions you felt during your memories and also your limiting and empowering decisions. Time Lines are used to resolve significant events in your past, release negative emotions in your memories and understand the lessons from those events.

Having preserved the learnings from these lessons and released the limiting emotions, which happened probably very early in your life (possibly in the imprint period between 0-7 years of age or even earlier) you will be able to positively re-adjust all memories to the NOW.

Time Line Therapy technique allows freedom from undesired negative emotions such as anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt etc. by releasing these emotions from the memories that harvest them. You are then able to react freely to future situations without the emotional baggage of the past.
